This is a great recipe to jump off from. I don't bread the chicken because it's flavorful enough and it doesn't need it. The stuffing is great and it's always an easy gourmet tasting meal for my East Coast boyfriend. Any vegie side is perfect next to it. With such a rich filling, the sides should be more crisp and green.

I liked this recipe as a simple base for any meal. I added a bit of honey for some extra flavor and served it with ranch for an easy meal in front of the TV. It was SO fast and still good

I loved this recipe. I've only been cooking for about a year and try different recipes every night. I love this one. I cut down on the butter because I try to stay on the lean side, but I don't think it made any difference. I loved this and have gone back to it many times now.
