Marinade for Chicken
I used just 3/4 cup olive oil, that's all I had, but don't think I'd use the full 1-1/2 cups if I had had it - just sounds like TOO much. Used garlic flavored red wine vinegar and dry parsley - had no fresh. It was lovely, moist and delicious - will make again!
