I am a single mother of 3. Its a good thing that I love to cook. I seem to spend all my time in the kitchen making one thing or another. I don't just use my kitchen to cook food. I make projects with my kids. I love to make cakes,cookies and cupcakes. But the main things that I seem to make is main dishes and snacks for the ever growing munchkins. When My kids ban together to get the finished project on the table. I don't think that I have any triumphs. I just have the projects that are so so. The kids seem to love them. I see everything as a tragedy. I don't think that the things that I create come out the way that I seen them or taste like I would like them to.
