Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2009
Super simple to make. Took almost no time to put together, and was a huge crowd pleaser. I used half light butter and half regular butter. Worked great and was super creamy.

Very tasty and fairly easy to make. Great for entertaining. Ingredients would be great for mini puff pastry tarts as well for appetizers.

Blue Cheese Pear Salad

Awesome and really easy salad. For a great winter salad, I substituted dried cranberries for raspberries, and candied pecans for walnuts. Great for when raspberries aren't really available and works incredibly with the dressing.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2008
Real Crowd pleaser! I added the 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp baking powder suggested by others, substituted a cup of brown sugar for the white sugar and used 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites. I would also suggest if you want non-dairy, super moist bread, use half a cup of oil (I used olive) and half a cup of applesauce (I used natural, but sweetened works too). It may take a few extra minutes to bake, but the bread doesn't dry out as much.
