Oh-So-Good Chicken
This recipe is easy to prepare and delicious! However I did make some changes as there was very little salsa left. I added diced tomatoes & tomato sauce and salt to taste. I also did not mix the rice and cheese to the sauce. Instead, I put rice into the greased casserole, topped with the sauce and sprinkle the chedder cheese on top. Baked in pre-heated oven at 375F for 15min, till cheese melts and bubbly. My husband asked for this to be made again at least once every fortnight!

Frosted Banana Bars
I am never good at baking as I'm not a precise person, but I took the courage to make this two days ago for my family . Will be making it again today for a friend! It took almost 30-35 min for me instead of 25 to turn brown and passed the toothpick test. Not sure if it's because I kept taking it out to check when it passed the 25min mark. Well this recipe is simple and delicious for people like me. Sure boosted my confidence in baking!

Pasta Con Sarde (Pasta with Sardines)
This recipe is great especially if you just want a quick, delicious and simple meal! Followed the instructions to the core, my husband loves it! Perhaps a little more sauce the next time :0)
