World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2008
So good and easy! 1st time making Lasagna, turned out perfect, even the first slice came out nicely. Followed some previous reviewers, soaked pasta in hot water for 30 min. while preparing rest of it (instead of boiling), dash of nutmeg in the ricotta cheese mixture. I didn't buy fennel seeds just for this recipe, figured there are some in the sausage, that's enough for me. Put together day ahead, let rest in fridge 24hrs. So yummy, hubby loved it!

Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake

Great recipe, not as overly rich as standard cheescake. I took suggestion of diluting snaps with nilla wafers, it worked great.

Very yummy, you only taste a hint of the peanut butter. They all disappeared very fast! :)

Great soup! Hubby & I fought over left over bowl. So good, only added a little dill to recipe. Will double next time. Got to use my new immersion blender for first time. Love it~ Thanks!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2008
OMG~ these are soo good! awesome from the freezer too, or left on counter overnight, got softer. So addictive, hubby loved them. I've tried these 2x so far. 1st time followed exactly, came out perfect. 2nd time, was in a hurry, so just dropped them onto the cookie sheet, sprinkled w/sugar, no need to flatten, bake out nicely. Also on 2nd time used suggested fresh OJ instead of water, soo Good, Thanks!
