Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

We like this recipe but I used butter instead of shortening. I only used 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips and added 1/2 cup of coconut and 1 tsp of vanilla.

This was ok, we marinated for about three hours and I used 1 3/4 limes, this made the chicken cook perfectly and was not dry at all. The flavor of the chicken was not as nice as I had expected, we will make again but I will do some doctoring.

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

This was a big hit with us and our firends. The chicken is very tender, the only thing I will do next time is have the meat on one kabob (with the marinated mushrooms) and do the vegtables on a seperate kabob as the veggie and meat cook at quite different rates. Veggie used was, red, yellow & oragne peppers, purple onion, zucchini, cherry tomatoes. Looked GREAT.

Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli

We love this recipe, the first time I made it I followed the recipe exactly and it was great. We do like spicy food so since then I have been using a heaping TBSP of Hosin Sauce and a heaping TBSP of Chili Paste. Thanks for the recipe

Caribbean-Spiced Roast Chicken

this did not turn out as I had expected, the meat did not take in any of the flavoring and the skin ended up being soggy. However, the meat of the chicken was perfectly moist. We will not be making this recipe again.

Easy Mushroom Rice

This is a great recipe for rice. Tastes great and would be wonderful as left overs with some chicken added to it.

Cheddar Chicken

I found this recipe kind of bland. The chicken needs to have some spices on it the cheese does not add enough taste. I will try again as we liked how crispy the outside was.

White Zinfandel Chicken

Great recipe, we will make this one again. I did use 1/2 cup White Zinfandel in the marinate, I also added another 1/2 cup White Zinfandel prior to reducing. Next time I will try adding some mushrooms for something a little extra.
