Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs
This was ok, we marinated for about three hours and I used 1 3/4 limes, this made the chicken cook perfectly and was not dry at all. The flavor of the chicken was not as nice as I had expected, we will make again but I will do some doctoring.

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs
This was a big hit with us and our firends. The chicken is very tender, the only thing I will do next time is have the meat on one kabob (with the marinated mushrooms) and do the vegtables on a seperate kabob as the veggie and meat cook at quite different rates. Veggie used was, red, yellow & oragne peppers, purple onion, zucchini, cherry tomatoes. Looked GREAT.

Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli
We love this recipe, the first time I made it I followed the recipe exactly and it was great. We do like spicy food so since then I have been using a heaping TBSP of Hosin Sauce and a heaping TBSP of Chili Paste. Thanks for the recipe
