I love cooking and baking,i can spend hours in the kitchen just trying new recipes and getting people to try them then,i find so satisfying when people love my cooking,makes me feel so good,all my friends love to come to my house for dinners but i have to say that some of them are way better cooks than myself so i go to their houses and learn lots because no matter how good someone can be in the kitchen there is always room to learn. I love cooking spanich dishes but also irish,and try new things,like indian or chinese,it is so challenging because im not used to cook with certain spices or liquids such as soy sauce or currys,and i also love baking cakes,breads,rolls,anything. Once i had to do a dessert for christmas and i was making tiramisu,the only problem was the mascarpone cheese was gone off and i couldnt find it anywhere,the amaretto biscuits were already soacked in coffee and brandy so i was thinking "what am i gonna do with this?i dont want to throw it away" so i made a rich chocolate cake and put the crushed amaretto biscuits below,everyone at the table loved it,i was so surprised because i was thinking it was gonna be a disaster but even my mother in law loved it and she is so weird for food. Any first dishes that i made,oh my god!the first cake it was a disaster,i cant even talk about it.
