Guacamole
Absolutely delicious! I didn't have cilantro but I put in a tsp of dried coriander instead. Also, I put in extra cayenne to spice it up a little more. Its delicious and even the guacamole gurus rave about it. :)

Avocado Dessert
Excellent! Its absolutely delicious...tastes great with iced cream. Its a fancy dessert you can use to impress your guests. :) I used two avocados and it was perfection.

Burger or Hot Dog Buns
I used half whole wheat flour and they still turned out great! I brushed egg on the top and added sesame seeds to give them the authentic look. ;) Next time I will put the oven on a lower temperature and leave them in a little longer as the buns burned on the bottom but seemed barely baked on the top.
