Cheddar Pecan Wafers

These were good. Had the consistency of a cookie. Very crumbly. I think it would be difficult to dip these or spread something on them as they would break up very easily. By the way, if you make a half recipe you can put these in the food processor and it makes very easy work of this recipe. Wouldn't try it with a full recipe (okay I did) but my big cuisinart couldn't take it.

Tri-Tip Rub

Tracy's Tomato Artichoke Rice Salad

I thought this a little bland. I try to make the recipe as written the first time I make it but I did not have any black olives. I used green olives which is what I had on hand and some fresh basil. I also added a little balsamic vinegar and some freshly grated parmesan cheese which really boosted the flavor. Thanks so much for posting the recipe.

Ranch Beans

Roasted Garlic Bread

This was yummy. The only change that I made was to bake the bread for 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven to make it crispy all over. I then broiled it for just a couple of minutes to get the cheese bubbly. DH loved it. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Baked Whole Cauliflower

This was good. I read the reviews regarding the breading not sticking and found that if you follow the recipe and add the melted butter to the breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly, then brush the cauliflower itself with melted butter, there is no problem with the breadcrumbs sticking as you will see from my picture. The biggest problem I had was getting the cauliflower steamed in the first place. It took more than 40 minutes to get it tender. Glad I started off a little early.

Artichoke Dip I

English Muffins

Sorry wasn't impressed with them. It was a texture thing. It was crisp and crumbly, not like an english muffin, soft and slighty chewy. Thanks for posting the recipe though.

Argentine Chimichurri Bread

This was a very nice bread. I did use fresh herbs rather than dried and I think that next time I will increase the herbs. I did use the original amount of cayenne and garlic and thought that these would need to be increased also. We did enjoy though. Thanks so much for posting the recipe.
