This was good. I read the reviews regarding the breading not sticking and found that if you follow the recipe and add the melted butter to the breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly, then brush the cauliflower itself with melted butter, there is no problem with the breadcrumbs sticking as you will see from my picture. The biggest problem I had was getting the cauliflower steamed in the first place. It took more than 40 minutes to get it tender. Glad I started off a little early.
