Mom of two lovely kids. I work a lot, so I'm always looking for quick and easy recipes that my children will actually eat. Ha ha. Chicken. It really does seem to go with everything, and you can have it a different way every day. My grandma Sylvia used to make this on the bone chicken. It would take all day long, her simmering it in vinegar and water. Then she would pan fry it just before serving. I don't personally ever make it, because it's just too fatty and greasy, but it was always one of my favorite childhood memories.
