Oh boy! This was such a hit. Filling the pie after placing the crust on top was a little odd, but it turned out beautifully. My fat boyfriend and his mom (let's just say his condition is genetic) really enjoyed it. Once they got their fill I was able to try it. I loved it also. Just wish a little more was left. Oh well!

My big boyfriend ate enough of this bread. But when I asked him if he liked it, he only said, "I ate enough of it, right?" I changed it to add some fiber with that benefiber dissolvable stuff. Sometimes I do this to help him stay 'healthy.'

I have a really big guy for a boyfriend. It's such a chore trying to get him to eat vegetables. He ate these! Good with little marshmallows on top too.
