Bella's Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Really Yummy and a colorful addition to your Holiday/Festive Dinner. I made this for Thanksgiving last night and it really impressed everyone! Probably the best part is that this dish is prepared entirely on the stove top which is nice when the oven is on overdrive trying to get the turkey/Yams/Stuffing etc...done all at once. Really worth a try!

Apple Glazed Pork Tenderloin
DELICIOUS!!! Great dish for impressing company! I doubled the ingredients for the sauce (because I'm always worried there won't be enough) but you could just stick with the amounts called for in the recipe and have more than enough to spoon over the meat. --Made it for my mother-in-law and she was totally "wowed"!!

Blue Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms with Grilled Onions
Super easy and always a huge hit at BBQ's. I make this and take it along in a lasagna tin foil dish and just cook it on the grill, in the dish covered in foil. I also coat the mushroom caps in olive oil and garlic salt (shaking the caps around in a freezer bag with the garlic salt and oil) before I fill them with the cheese. There are NEVER leftovers of these!
