Slow-Cooked Short Ribs
I always hated cooking short ribs because they are so tough. This recipe is just what I was looking for. They are so tender, you have to scoop it out with a slotted spoon, because they fall apart. The only thing that I changed was that I just stuck everything right into the crockpot. Wonderful!

Vicki's Hush Puppies
These are the best. I did add a can of corn and some finely chopped onion and peppers.
