I'm a single mother of twin daughters - age 4. I work full-time so need quick and easy ideas. I tend to cook a ton of pasta and chicken, but have no flavors that are interesting to them. Thanksgiving :) I make a mean Chicken Parm! I cannot fry anything on the stovetop. And the last time I tried to "gently flour chicken", I used confectioner's sugar by mistake!! Yikes!!
