Pumpkin-Apple Muffins with Streusel Topping

I loved this recipe! I also modified it some by taking away the oil and added a cup of dried oats when I added the apples in. They were so yummy and my husband absolutely loved them. I will def. make these again!

Emily's Famous Apple Pie

I made this yesterday and it turned out fab! I didnt have to use as many apples though, but thats ok I have a lot left over to eat :). I couldnt find my pie pan so I used a cupcake pan and I made mini apple pies from this recipe! A little bit of a twist but just the right size
