Turkey Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2009
Hey this was a great soup! I used leftovers and made my stock from the turkey carcass instead of canned chicken broth. Just added a few spices of my own - fresh garlic (3 cloves) oregano, and some ground poultry seasoning to give it a little flavor. Just a side note: if you make your own turkey stock - don't forget to add salt! Fantastic recipe!

Dark Rye Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2008
This bread is MARVELOUS! I live above 5000 feet, so I reduced the yeast to 1 1/8 teaspoon, and added an extra 1/8 teaspoon of salt. I also tend to get very thick bread using all-purpose flour, so I chose to use bread flour instead. The end result was a PERFECT rise, with a light, fluffy loaf full of flavor! My picky fiance is hooked and declaired this is new "favorite"! Thankyou!

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2008
This recipe is great! I usually change the last 1/2 cup of flour to whole wheat, and add extra chocolate chips. They always turn out perfect, and I generally make a double batch and freeze them. 20 seconds in the microwave brings them right back to perfect - absolutely excellent with spreadable yogurt butter melted in the middle!
