This is the best tasting spinach dip recipe. I use Lipton veggie soup mix and don't add the water chestnuts. I have made this dip for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, or anytime I am hungry for spinach dip. Sure beats the Frito-Lay version.

This is the best meatloaf recipe ever! I have never had good luck with other meatloaf recipes. Either the meat was to dry or fell apart. I do substitute ground turkey for ground beef. I actually like the ground turkey better. I also use this recipe for homemade meatballs. My family likes me to put the brown sugar and ketchup mixture on the top of the meatloaf.
