BREAKSTONE'S Creamy Avocado Dip
Y.U.M.! I made served this as a topper for the Mexican Stuffed Shells recipe from this site and it was awesome. My friends were licking their plates. :)

Light and Creamy Brown Sugar and Chocolate Frosting
This frosting recipe is really good. It was so easy to make and just enough sweetness. I was hesitant about it because I was frosting cupcakes so I doubled the recipe (for 24 cupcakes)and used heaping tablespoons of cocoa (some reviewers said it wasn't chocolaty enough) and I had just enough. I used a piping bag instead of frosting the entire cupcake and they look professional. :)

Elegant Orzo with Wilted Spinach and Pine Nuts
We really liked this. I doubled the amount of crushed red pepper (it still wasn't very hot), left out the Basil (didn't have any), and added 1/2 jar of capers, and used 2 whole roma tomatoes. I let the spinach and orzo cool about 20 minutes before I added the tomato and feta. I will definitely make this again in the summer with grilled shrimp or chicken. Also, it was FANTASTIC as a cold pasta salad. :)
