This was just OK. I love cream cheese and mushrooms but I don't know ~ I don't think I will make it again....

UNBELIEVABLE! Very, very good! I am so tired of pork chops on the grill (dried out) or fried pork chops, etc. but found this and am making it again tonight! I put feta on top of each boneless chop at the end of cooking time and then broiled it until it "somewhat melted" and we ALL loved it!!

I have a VERY picky son who LOVES pasta but only BORING pasta. I have a husband who does not like pasta at all ... BUT when I found this and made it -- VOILA!! I have a new favorite that I can use when others are here as well. Very simple to to and very tasty! Not a big fan of "skinning" the sausages but O WELL. I did a whole bunch at one time; cooked it all and froze the balance for next time.
