Louisiana Crawfish Etouffee
Delicious and easy, I also added an extra tbsp of tomato sauce, plus some chopped cherry tomatoes. Tasted very similar to those I've had in restaurants in NO, and just as easy to make as those requiring canned soups.

Lemon-Dilled Brussels Sprouts
I used double the dill and fed it to someone who hates brussel sprouts. He loved it and wants me to make it again.

Chinese-Style Steamed Fish
Didn't have a steamer, but steamed it in a pan instead, with way more shiitake mushrooms, a little more napa, and a dash of sesame oil. Came out great, especially with a little extra simmering.
