Easy Microwave Chocolate Cake
This was really good! I did increase the sugar to 2/3 cup per other reviewers and microwaved for 3 minutes (just a microwave variation, I'm sure). Also spread some strawberry preserves on top after it came out of the microwave -- yum yum!! We will definitely be making this again!

Oven Fried Chicken II
Meh. It was just all right for me. I used tenderloins instead of thighs, so I reduced the cooking time. I think because of that, the breading didn't get crispy enough. It was really easy though!

Apricot-Glazed Pork Chops
Man this was awesome! The glaze is good enough to eat on EVERYTHING! So easy and so good! We used bottled minced ginger and it was great.
