Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding
My family eat's this cold with a little dusting of powdered sugar over the top. I put the recipe in two loaf pans instead of one since I have an 8x4.75 loafs pans which I think is a more common size. I don't know if it makes a difference or not but my loaf pans are glass.

Grandma Wright's No Bakes
Every time there is a family party, I am asked to bring these. They look like you spent a lot of time but, they are so simple. I like to refrigerate mine so they harden a little. I have also added Chow Mein noodles which gives them more crunch.
