Microwave Chicken Parmesan/Chicken Breast Cacciato
This was really excellent! We baked it instead of microwaving it, and it came out wonderfully :-)

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
these were AMAZING cookies! light and soft on the inside, but crisp on the outside. I did add 1/2 tsp of salt, but other than that I left the recipe unaltered. SO delicious! I will be making these again and again and again!
