My mom is not much of a cook. I remember my grandmother's meals to this day though. Tons of food on the table and all of it wonderful. Always two or three dessert choices available.. an amazing woman. Unfortunately she passed away before I could learn from her.

Soft Sandwich Buns
Great Rolls! Easy to make and yummy! I made them to go with Pulled Pork sandwiches... so good.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
These are fabulous!! I was out of white sugar so I substituted brown; also I was out of all-purpose flour and I used bread flour. These came out amazing. They rose really well, as I'm sure you can imagine, and looked beautiful. But the best part was the first bite... oh, heaven!! So yummy.

Unbelievable Rolls
Wow! I make these rolls every other day. They are so easy and so versatile! I've used the dough for pizza, hot dog buns, sandwich rolls, cinnamon rolls. This is the best recipe I've ever found from allrecipes.com. Thank you!!!
