About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
My all-time favourite dish is baked salmon!
My cooking tragedies
Sadly, I have yet to master baking goodies (probably because I try changing the recipes to make them healthier!)

World's Best Potato Salad
THE BEST potato salad. Everyone loved it, and there were no leftovers. I will make again for sure! I swapped out the mayo for plain yogurt, and it worked out fine. I also used waaaay less sugar than called for.

Fragrant Millet Pilaf
Bland and uninteresting. This didn't do anything for me, or my spouse. I found that recipe made enough for 8 people as a side dish.

Spicy Beef Curry Stew for the Slow Cooker
Served at a dinner party, and turned out really well! We actually used beef neck (never tried this before, and is a cheap cut of meat) which was quite marbly and turned out very tender and yummy! Will make again
