Banana Banana Bread
Was pretty good. I used this recipe because I didn't have sour cream for my usual recipe. I followed the recipe except for adding a total of 3 bananas. I checked the bread at 60 minutes and it was a little over done at that time for my taste. The top half was moist, lower half was darker and dry. Just ok. Pic of my banana bread slice on bordered plate to show you how mine came out.
