I'm 40 and single, never married, and I am passionate about all the "F's" in my life. Food, Family, Friends, Flying and Fun!!! That pretty much covers it. Spaghetti and Meatballs, Roasts, Slow-cooked ribs, BBQ, Low-Country boil, shrimp and grits and homemade pizza. I have a wide range of tastes and enjoy cooking the favorites, but I also enjoy being challenged by a new idea. Asian or chinese cooking will be my next level of mastery. My Mom's "Big" spaghetti sauce that includes: pork chops, sausage, and meat. I also enjoy my mamaw's Hot Dog Sauce, my Mom's chinese chicken casserole and too many more to mention.
