Very yummy. I processed the sweet onion and garlic with a can of chopped green chiles to add some spice and keep the texture smooth. Also used two large cans of the red enchilada sauce. I split the recipe into two casseroles and cooked one and froze the other for another night. Will definitely make again!!

This was really yummy!!! I used the whole bag of noodles though so I added a third can of cream of chicken soup and then also sprinkled the top with garlic powder!

This was SOOO good! I was skeptical of the Mustard but you couldn't even tell it was there. I also used a small can of crushed pineapple instead of juice and it was so flavorful! I did as one of the other reviews suggested and brought the remainder of the sauce to a boil and used it as a dipping sauce. Will definitely be making this again!
