Finally a no bake without peanut butter! We liked these. I used 4 c oats and the full 2 c sugar. I will make them again but reduce the sugar a bit.

Wow! This is the best soup I've had in a long time. I can't believe how good it is because it is so easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly and served with crushed chips and shredded cheddar. My husband is still raving about it. It is very hearty, when I make it next time, I'll add a can of chicken broth, I like my soup less thick.
