Slow Cooker Chicken Curry with Quinoa
VERY bland. Like others, I had to add tons of spices to get any flavor at all. The apples were unrecognizable and flavorless because they had cooked so much. I have to give it a 2 as written because of all the additions I had to make to make it palatable.

Salmon Fillets with Mustard Glaze
Excellent and easy way to prepare salmon. I fixed this for company and they loved it. I used honey instead of brown sugar and it came out great. I will fix this one over and over.

Oh-So-Good Chicken
I used brown rice instead of white and loved this recipe! I will be making this one again.
