If I would have read more of the reviews and made their suggested changes, I might have rated this dish a little higher. Although it was edible, not my favorite recipe from this site. I used half & half and it got a little curdled and didn't look very appealing. It also needed seasoning, so I ended up adding some after I had already bit into it. My husband seemed to love it more than I did though. I served it over mashed potatoes alongside green beans.

Aside from having a hard time getting these super moist cookies off the cookies sheet, they were delicious and very easy to make! I left out the pecans and added a little nutmeg. I ended up cooking them for 13 minutes and took one of the reviewers suggestions and left the cookies on the cookie sheet for 3 minutes so they didn't fall apart when I tried to take them off. My husband couldn't stop eating them!!

Soooooo yummy! I followed the recipe exactly and it was amazing. It makes a lot of food so my husband and I were eating it for a few days. It's not as mouth watering good the second day, but it was still quite tasty!
