French Toast Souffle
I thought this was very good. I halfed the recipie and it seemed to come out great! I would recommend adding some cinniamon and nutmeg to taste to give it a little flavor, the maple syrup is not enough! Also, next time I make it I will cut up cooked slices of breakfast sausage and mix with bread cubes before I add egg mixture. Over all easy and a crowd pleaser!!!

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd
I must admit, I shy away from cooking bacon for breakfast for my family soley due to the mess it makes. If we are tring to get out of the house for our daily activities it just seems a chore. I tried cooking the bacon in the oven and I will never cook it on the stove again. I lined a cookie sheet with 2 layers of foil, and it turned out excellent. After the bacon grease hardend a little, I rolled up the foil and threw it away! No greasy stove either, hooray, my family can eat bacon again! Also I did use thick cut bacon.

London Broil for the Slow Cooker
Sorry guys, but this one wasn't for me! I am a big fan of pot roast, beef stew, and other braised meats, but I did not enjoy this at all! Although the meat was fairly tender, I did not like the taste at all, will not make again!! Maybe if you seared the meat first, still don't think it would make that much of a difference! Sorry!
