I made this for myself this morning since nobody else in the family cares for tomatoes. Gotta say WOW! It was great. Only thing I did was season it with a little cumin. Boy was it good. This is now my Sunday breakfast. Thanks so much Crystal!

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops

Just like the heading says "SO SIMPLE YET SO GOOD". I made these with Fasoliyyeh Bi Z-Zayt (Syrian Green Beans with Olive Oil), and Lemony Quinoa and the dinner was fantastic. Thanks for recipe.

Lemony Quinoa

This side dish was great with Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops and Fasoliyyeh Bi Z-Zayt (Syrian Green Beans with Olive Oil(both from this site). I could not find Quinoa so I used couscous and it was still great. I also couldn't get any pine nuts so I used toasted slivered almonds. MMMMMMMMM!

This is now the way I will be making my green beans. These were to die for. I actually cooked these in a foil roasting pan on the grill while I was cooking up the chops.(Grilled Lemon Herb from this site) and Lemony Quinoa. This dinner idea came together perfectly and with 444 cal., 26g fat, and 35mg of cholesterol, you can't go wrong.

I made a turkey on the grill last sunday and was wondering what to make with the leftovers. Wow, I am glad I came across this. I didn't have any tomatoes on hand, so I used a can of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles. Gave it some zip. Wifey is not too fond of tomatoes, but she enjoyed this dish. In my recipe box for good!

This soup was really awesome. I made it last week, and all week my wife, kids and neighbors have been wanting me to make it again this weekend. Well off to the grocery store!

Blackened Tilapia with Secret Hobo Spices

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2008
I made this dish last night and it was great. I found a blackening seasoning in the store and tried that. I made chicken for the family and fish for me. Both came out crispy on the outside and very moist inside. There wasn't any pan juices, so I served with a rice pilaf. Will definately make again.

Awesome recipe. Goes great with Garlic and Tomato Tilapia or boneless skinless chicken breasts.(see review on tilapia). Family liked it so much, I have to make it again tonite. Thanks Kathleen!

Garlic and Tomato Tilapia

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2008
Wow! This was a great and easy recipe that the whole family enjoyed. The kids are not to fond of fish, so I pounded some boneless skinless chicken breasts to about the thickness of the Tilapia. I cooked them at 350deg for 15min and then put sauce on and finished for another 15 min. For the sauce I used a 28oz can of chunky crushed tomatoes and the other ingredients(calculated for 5 servings). I also warmed sauce on stovetop to be sure it was heated through. Served with a pasta recipe from this site(Pasta Hot! Hot! Hot!). The family liked it so much, I have to make it again tonite. Definately a keeper. Thanks Zoya13!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2008
I made these last night and they were great. I tried baking them to be a little healthier, but there was some flour still left dry. So I deep-fried for about 2 min to crisp them up. Awesome recipe otherwise.
