Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake

Okay, so I completely forgot to add the coffee/liquor (left it sitting on the other counter...then wondered why the batter was so thick) but nonetheless, this recipe is to die for! A scrumptious chocolate cheesecake without the coffee ingredients, but next time I plan to try it the way it's written!

Tempeh Kabobs with Moroccan Couscous

Delicious! We skipped the kabobs and changed the veggies up a bit (just pan fried them, then the tempeh). Nonetheless, the marinade and the couscous were really good and went better together than I expected.

We love animals, so we omitted the meat, but wow this was delicious anyway. I wouldn't change a thing! The flavors and colors are just amazing. I served it with homemade cornbread, which was just right...

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Very tasty, though we've made this three times and still can't seem to stop them from falling apart! We love the spicy flavor and they sure beat store-bought burgers in both flavor and cost. We'll keep trying...

Persimmon Cheesecake

Quite tasty. The persimmon flavor was almost too subtle and the cheesecake a bit eggier than I prefer. Next time I'll make extra persimmon puree and save to pour over the top as a garnish for both looks and flavor.
