Garbanzo Bean Burgers
Very easy and good! I added diced white onion to the mix as well as cumin and garlic salt. I added just a very little olive oil, but maybe I should have put in a bit more because the patties fell apart easily.

A very new and interesting taste, surprisingly good! I didn't end up using much of the liquid mixture at all...

Fresh Blueberry Pie I
I started to make this not realizing that I didn't have lemon juice or zest, so I used an orange instead and it was a neat little change! Great recipe!
