Blue Cheese Burgers
I used cheddar cheese in half of the ground beef and blue cheese in the other half. I added chopped green onions and some Dale's Steak Sauce to make the mixure moist. They were really delicious and moist. I think the spices need to be increased the next time.

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert
Very easy and quick to make and is delicious. The peanuts add a nice crunch and saltiness that goes well with the chocolate peanut butter flavors. It does make a very large amount and could be halved.

Baked Potato Skins
These turned out great! Better than restaurant potato skins. They were very crispy and delicious.
