i'm a house wife and mother of three. the youngest was born this september. my former profession was waitressing at the local waffle house for years, graveyard shift. i love my family and any way i can find to make things better for them is better for me. i have a wonderful husband who is in the navy now. He goes batty when i'm cooking. i love making deserts mainly. southern is what i normally do, but i'm playing with my scottish roots lately. i'm up for anything really. caseroles lately. i have a lot of old recipes i love to make, but i'm exporing. i have found its not just your recipe ingredients, but your technique that has to do with how well your dish comes out. and i make a mean chess pie. my husband is gone a few months out of the year so i miss his opinions of my cooking sometimes.
