Spinach and Pasta Shells
I made this on the weekend and my boyfriend and I loved it!!! I added asparagus, onion, green pepper and it was amazing!! Tonight I`m making it again and adding broccoli stems as well, should be yummy - dont let the `no sauce`thing scare you away it`s amazing.

Irish Spicy Cornbread
I cooked this a little longer than suggested and it was great. I don't think it was too spicy at all, just a little taste of spice lingers on your tongue after every bite, just right THX!

Banana Crumb Muffins
I made this as a bread loaf, yummmy!!! They came out very sweet and I loved the crumble topping!
