Hello everyone! My name is Chelsea Hernandez and I am a SAHM and wife. I married my husband Henry on June 22 2007 and I gave birth to my beautiful son Gunner on July 12th 2008. My husband and I couldn't be any happier now that we have added on to our little family. I enjoy cooking, but I LOVE baking and sharing all my goodies with family and friends. My favorite things to cook are quick and easy to put together!! I love to make stir-fry, fajitas, meatloaf, and of course spaghetti!! :) My specialty is baking though, and I love to whip up breads, cookies, brownies and anything else that sounds appealing at the time. I also love to make birthday cakes for my family and friends and watch the light in their eyes when those candles are lit. Every Christmas my family bakes dozens of different types of Christmas cookies and shares them with neighbors, co-workers, friends and of course family!! I have carried on this tradition, and look forward to the holidays when I can dive into batters of my favorite cookies and put together plates of the yummy goodies for friends..and a few for myself too :) Every time my husband says: "That was so good babe..thank you!!" I don't recall any tragedies so far, because I am a stickler for sticking to recipes. Although I am still young, so give me some time...
