I first learned to cook when I was 8 years old. My mother was unable to cook for the family because of chemotherapy to treat advanged breast cancer. Aparently I was pretty good because despite the nausea caused by the medication, she still ate heartily. I love to cook anything with beef in it. Also enjoy using rattlesnake and rabbit on occasion. There aren't really any cooking traditions in my family. Won first place with my triple chocolate cake when entered at the fair. Nicknamed it the "Chocolate Drunkard" due to it's fairly large Rum content... Also recently managed to duplicate the long-lost filling for the Subway Seafood sub.
