Country Apple Dumplings
FANTASTIC recipe! VERY easy but yet a recipe that you could definitely serve to guests. This recipe will definitely be made over and over again in our house!

Elegant Fig Appetizers with Goat Cheese and Almonds
I ate something similar to this at a party so I was glad I found this recipe...so simple yet so divine! I didn't use almonds. Another twist would be to wrap some proscuitta around the fig...I would probably put it in the oven for a bit verses under the broiler though.

Apple Crisp II
Great, simple recipe....the way an apple crisp should be! I actually made this for my freezer. I prepared the filling (with a little bit of added lemon juice) and put it into ziploc bags...froze them flat. Then when I need a quick, easy dessert I just thaw, pour into my casserole dish, prepare and add the topping! Voila! (hint...I also do this with my apple pie fillings too...freezing this way saves space instead of having to freeze whole pies)
