Baked Ziti IV
Had to give this one 5 not only because it's good, but because it's easy and even inexpensive. If you want to watch the grease content, just brown the beef a bit longer (gets more grease out) and use reduced fat sour along with the cottage. I did these things plus dashed a bit more rosemary than called for - and just like that you have a great freakin' meal. With my (somewhat) healthier mods, I can't tell the difference between it and the first time I made it with full-fat ingredients. /cottage cheese is even better than using ricotta or similar textured cheese, in my opinion. In fact, the cottage and sour cream are what "make" this dish!

Tomato Curry Chicken
This will sound silly, but I prepared this with a very strong wine buzz. Once I was convinced that I had destroyed it, I recklessly threw in haphazardly measured ingredients (original ingredients, though), + some cumin. So there I was with my sangiovese and some Steely Dan all through the kitchen when it was suddenly filled with the most delicious aroma! My point? Even my goofiness could NOT sabotage this recipe! EVERYONE loved it despite the predicate, "Yeah, I probably screwed this up but it's this or Alpo." Mad props to the submitter! PS - as others have already suggested, the cumin + extra curry works. My face is still sweating, and that's a good thing!
