Dilled Cucumber, Tomato and Celery Salad
I used skim milk in place of buttlermilk. And dill weed instead of running to the store for dill seed. My 9 yr old can't get enough of these cucumbers...and she puts them on her salad!!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
***** 5 STARS ***** I used 8 chicken breasts, cut them in half and it made the cooking time 1/2 the time when on Low. Saved cooking time. Shredded nicely. Spooned leftover sauce on top of the chicken and stirred. Bingo. Fresh chicken for salads and sandwiches for the work week!

Mushroom, Leek, Chicken Sausage and Tortellini Soup
My husband ate it up. I did exclude the tortellini, substituted turkey sausage for chicken sausage, and used rooster sauce in place of the hot sauce. Will make again!
