Easy Sugar Cookies
My kids liked this recipe. the only problem was the batter was slightly dry and crumbly, so when cookies came out, they looked cracked. I think next time, I will add less flour and a little more milk. Otherwise, very good.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
My kids really like this recipe--especially the pecan coating. I add a little more garlic and lemon juice with a dusting of butter and bake it for 20-25 minutes per 2 lbs at 375 degrees and it turns out great every time.

Hamburger Soup I
My kids LOVE this recipe! It is so easy and versatile. I used frozen beans, corn, carrots, potatoes and sometimes celery. Using beef broth, with a can of tomato sauce, is perfect, which makes it very rich and flavorful. I make a whole pot of it and we usually have leftovers for a few days or more.
