I 41 years old, living and working in the Lao People's Democratic Republic. I am single and therefore I enjoy cooking good food for myself when I come home from work everyday. I enjoy cooking very much. I enjoy swimming, and socialising with friends. I have been living and working in Laos for 16 years now. I have a passion for cooking easy to cook meals and Asian cuisine. Lao and Thai food are very special to me and I enjoy getting my Lao colleagues and friends around to my house to show me how to cook Lao dishes. I enjoy pasta dishes (lasagne, spaghetti dishes and Penne). I also like Curried Sausages and meat dishes. I also enjoy Asian style stir fries, learning traditional Lao cooking and sampling new types of food. from different Asian countries. I enjoy cooking food that is quick. I also like slow cookers as I tend to enjoy casseroles and nice meaty dishes with vegetables. Italian food is wonderful for me as well. I find Asian cuisine challenging to cook and learn. - Lasagne (perfected over a ten year period). - A nice Lamb Roast (every once and a while). - Pasta dishes. - Spagetti. - Curried Sausages. - Bagels (what a disaster).
