Roasted Root Vegetables
I made this yesterday it was very tasty, i did add some chicken stock during the cooking process it made the veggies very tender, i will add to my recipes.

Irish Soda Bread
Loved this recipe, I made this bread last friday and my family loved it, they had it with butter and jam,I did leave out the Caraway seeds.This will be added to my recipe box for sure,dont wait till StPatricks.
