I am giving this recipe 3 stars, simply because I gave it as gifts and everyone who received them loved them. However, they did not hold their shape well, and therefore were hard to dip, which resulted in a lot of covered mush. They tasted okay to me, not wonderful, so I don't know that I'll make them again. In short, time-consuming, and only okay.

Carrot Cake III

I did use some of the suggestions from other reviewers, and I found this to be the best carrot cake I have ever made! But I think that even without the revisions, it would be a phenomenal cake. Thank you for sharing!

Turkey Brine

I have been struggling for many years for a method that would give me that perfect turkey and this brine has ended that struggle. My turkey was moist, flavorful, and hard to quit eating. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

Hearty Ranch and Bacon Potato Soup

I fixed this for my family, and although we didn't love this, we didn't hate it either. Really, it reminded us of a restaurant-style soup that none of us were really fond of. Tasty, but not wonderful.

Sandy's Chocolate Cake

Slow Cooker Tuscan Beef Stew

This was delicious! Perfect for a cold night in. I couldn't find canneloni, and so I used Great Northern Beans, and I also added water where it called for wine (my husband doesn't like the taste of wine in food), but it was wonderful!

Cheesecake Topped Brownies

These were wonderful! As suggested by one of the other reviewers, I used a Ghirardelli dark chocolate brownie mix, and oh my goodness, they were delicious! Thank you for such an easy, yet impressive recipe!!
