Pineapple Upside-Down Cake II

There was way too much butter in the topping and my cake came out greasy. Next time I make this cake I will definately cut the amount of butter in half.

My whole family loved this recipe!! It was the perfect light, airy cheesecake. I did add cloves and a little extra of the other spices. What a wonderful recipe!!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

This is an amazing cookie recipe!!! I do agree that freezing the peanut butter cups before placing them into the cookie makes this so easy. Plus, by doing this the cookie doesn't crack. Just wonderful!!!!

Cream Puffs

WOW!! I'm so impressed with this recipe!! Made 5 batches and not one didn't turn out!! Took the advise given like to save time add all the eggs at once while dough is on medium speed in the mixer. Plus, poking a hole on the top when they come out of the oven so they don't deflate is such a good tip!! Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe!!

Authentic French Meringues

These are the best tasting Meringues that I've ever had! Awesome recipe!! One question, my meringues cracked and I don't know why as I followed the recipe to a tee. It doesn't matter to me that they cracked just wonder as to why this happened. Thanks for sharing!!!

Chocolate Covered Caramel Surprise Cookies

Just wondering why use 48 chocoalte covered carmels to make 18 cookies??? Think it's a typo. Anyways, my grandma use to make these all the time and they are wonderful.

This recipe is awesome!! I made one change with the dough, I added 3/4 tsp of garlic. I also filled them with Italian sausage, ham, pepperoni and crumbled bacon. Thanks for sharing!!

Chocolate Macaroons I
